Army Habits

A first habit I need to get used to in becoming successful in the Army reserves is to exercise and lift weights frequently. With this habit, it can help me become a stronger person physically, I will be able to join faster due to my condition. Being physically and mentally prepared is a good quality to have because then they're able to rely on you more. A second habit I need to get used to is eating healthier. I usually eat fast food once or twice a week and I would love to eat healthier each day to become healthier than I already am. I am a pollo vegetarian, I only eat chicken and seafood, with this diet, I tend to eat healthier.
