Arlette: Carrington Mortgage
Arlette is a customer service professional.

She most recently worked for Carrington Mortgage as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, she verified information, researched requests, provided status updates on payments, and accepted payments. She left this role when she thought that she had an opportunity with another mortgage company. That opportunity unfortunately fell through and left her unemployed.

Prior to that, she had worked for Comcast as a Customer Account Executive. She managed appointments, handled inbound and outbound calls, verified client’s information, and collected payments. She left this role for the opportunity at Carrington Mortgage.

Before Comcast, she had worked two CNA roles. She enjoyed those roles, but wanted to find something stable in an office setting. She worked for Brownsburg Meadows Nursing Home for a year and left for the opportunity at Comcast. Before that, she worked for Munster Med-Inn and left when she decided to move to the Indianapolis area.
