Arguments Against Institutional Racism

Institutional racism practiced in social and polictital facilities.While there is racism not everyone who makes a racial slur comment actual means what they are saying. When institutional racism is taking place it can be seen as a store hiring all whites, although an African American or Mexican applies for that same job and has all of the same qualities as the white person who gets the job instead. Racism is something that will never go away not only from the ignorant people in the world but our own ignorant instincts. Institutional Racism can be defined in many different ways and is not just have to do with their skin colors it could be because a person is over weight and so they dont get the job or the company wont make their size because it makes them look bad. Institutional racism can easily be hought of as racism.
Shopping at clothing stores and hair stores can be one of the most complicated and uncomfortable things in the world for an African American. Because of the pigment of my skin i get stalked by the store managers and walkers that are on the floor are following you,
Many muslims and people who look Muslim were shown a great amount of judgment from the USA, for something that many of them had nothing to do with Osama Benladin. Because of the amount of institutional racism that was occuring to Muslims that were in school many parents offered to change the first name of their sons name because it was “Osama”. After 9/11 Muslims where looked at as enemies and not people for a crime that they had not comitted. Many store owners where harrased by shoppers that stoped by their stores before 9/11 and now are being called terroist because of their faith. Although this is an very obvious Institutional racism we dont think about the situation enough and relaize that muslims all around the US had a rough time by other Americans because of their appearance and or
