Before his presidency Regan was the 33rd Governor of California. Ronald Regan was born on February 6th, 1911 in Tampico, Illinois. Ronald was raised in a small poor family and he grew up in Northern Illinois. After graduating college Regan became a sports announcer on several radio stations. As soon as he moved to Hollywood he decided to become an actor. I think that Regan said this quote because he wanted to show his support for pro-life. I think that he is saying why are the people who were already born get to decide if someone should be born or not. As
