Argument Analysis: The Case For Torture By Michael Levin
According to the dictionary website “Terrorist is a person who terrorize or frighten others”. The Case for Torture by Michael Levin. His argument is “Torture is impermissible, a throwback to a more brutal age” (Page 605, Paragraph 1). I don’t agree with his argument about terrorist I think terrorist deserve they are putting others in risk but I do agree with him that the difference terrorist and their victims. I’m going to write about why the terrorist should be torture, why the terrorist is dangerous, and why torture could be a way to stop the terrorist.
I think they should be punish because they can feel the torture what they did to the innocents. There are many ways that terrorist can be punish by the government. They can get punished by going to prison for life without parole at federal prison. I don’t believe in the death penalty but they could do something so the victims of the families can get justices. People that are terrorist can affect an area or a city like what happened at the Boston Marathon around 2013. Terrorist can kill around millions of people like what happened in Iraq, it’s was worse during the 9/11. They dangerous because don’t nobody what a terrorist gone do they can set a bomb, have rocket launcher, have helicopters and don’t nobody knows what type of weapons have.
Torture could be way to stop terrorist don’t nobody wants to be torture especially if they terrorist.
