Abstract
This article is going to talking about some common, but strange phenomenon in sport area. According to the article “Are ‘Hot hands’ In Sport A Real Thing? By Gretchen Reynolds. This article was published on May, 2013 on nytimes.com. Author has described what “Hot Hand” is and explains why it happened. I am going to explain “Hot hand” from the author’s view points, and try to make it deeper or different ways.

How many peoples still remember what “linsanity” did in the past year? At that time he was always shown up at NY Times cover. Jeremy Lin leaded Knicks win many games, and he achieve a high level evaluate, he is the legend! When we looking back, this kind of story is not a unique event, especially in sports area, we can see someone play very good in a specific period. As Gretchen Reynolds (2013) describe in this article “Are ‘Hot Hands’ in Sports a Real Thing”, “Whether you call them winning streaks, “hot hands” or being “in the zone,” most sports fans believe that players and teams tend to go on tears.” This kind of events was not a common event, but once it happened, it can be lot of stories. Before this game, Miami Heat was doing a 27 winning streak, not matter on stuffing or moral, Miami should did like the other day, grind Bulls and win their 28th win, but in fact? “Nate Robinson’s almost single-handed evisceration of the Miami Heat on Monday night” (Reynolds, 2013). Score time after time, Nate just played hero game and beat Miami big 3! Commentator screaming: “Nate is in his zone!
