Apple Inc. is one the biggest and well-known company that was established at 1977 by Steve Jobs. Till now the company successfully has met all the customer satisfaction level worldwide. Apple is known for creating smartphones, and computers but they also offer other electronic gadgets as well. Apple has 31 stores in the ten different countries in the world, raising the rate of stockholder and developing new creative products is continuous. Apple also plays a role in the economies of the world

The Supplier Code of Conduct of Apple has 100 sheets, and the 20 sheets are focused on the critical sectors that contain human rights, ethic, management systems, health and safety. All these Supplier Code of Conduct follow the law requirements. The document

The Apple improved its code of ethics and continued in its mission of success. There are many competitors out there when it's about the ethics so to be successful and stay at the top the Apple has to work hard. Apple has announced that they will not support those vendors whose employee rights and the work requirements don't peer with them. Subsequent, with the China's facility dilemma a lot of issues asked from stockholders of Apple. Was Apple missing with bad business ethics?

The main competitor of Apple is themselves because their products are last long, and the price is high due to which a lot of people don't upgrade their products. Apple is confronting code of ethics with the stockholders interest.

In the code of ethic document, these three issues have occurred in the past, and Apple did not show any interest for the stockholders and was not focused on the health of their teams at international offices through the production of Apple's product. After many complaints and facing controversy, now Apple is improving its code of ethics by making sure all the suppliers are following the rules and laws. One of the creativity Apple has invented is by encouraging their customers for recycling system. You can recycle any Apple products in their store, which customers have to trade their old Apple products, and they receive 10% discounts for the new version or receive a gift card. Later on, Apple found out that the products they are making using some toxic equipment, which was harmful to the health. Which they made improvements on that and started using better, not harmful ingredients to make it safer for the customers.

Apple will not make deals with any suppliers who rejects to follow Apple's code of conduct and to show the critical responsibilities of vendor policy the Apple declared an annual Supplier Responsibility Report, which states that Apple can take action against those who violates the rules and laws.

Apple Inc. is the top company in the USA, and when it comes to decision-making Apple involves their shareholders and investors. By providing feedback to the shareholders and customers, Apple will have the record of their success and
