Anthem Hix Group Reflection
I believe I am missing information for Anthem HIX group product. I know the last update for Anthem excluded the group plan and the MD and midlevel fees were calculated at 90% of the commercial fees we have on file. Do we continue to use the current group plan fees on file or should I request an updated fee schedule for the group plan?

Ayn Rand’s “Anthem” illustrates a series of ironic connections between great successors of Greek mythology and to her two main characters. The main characters, Equality 7-2521 and Liberty5-300, both contain very interesting and unique personalities, which makes them incompatible with their collectivism society due to who they are and what they believe. Ayn Rand disperses random clues throughout the book that provide evidence and reasoning of why she chose to rename her characters after two significant creator figures in Greek mythology. So, why did Ayn Rand chose the names? How does it explain her philosophy?…

Group health plans can choose not to provide benefits relating to any existing conditions up to a total period of 12 months after a person enrolls in the plan or 18 months if they register late . Title I also lets individuals reduce the exclusion period by the total time that they had "viable coverage" before enrolling in the new plan and after any lapses in coverage. "Viable coverage" is interpted quite broadly and includes all types of both group and individual health plans as well as Medicare, and Medicaid. A "lapse" in coverage is any 63 day period without any valid coverage. Title I also obligates insurers to issue policies without any omissions to those indivuduals or familes leaving their current group health plans with valid coverage spanning more than 18 months, as well as renew individual policies for as long as they are offered or give other options for any discontinued plans for as long as the insurance company stays in the market without any omission regardless of any health condition.…

ENGL 202 was a tremendous experience for my second quarter at Humphrey's University. I feel that I have benefited from the knowledge gained from the course and learned vastly to working and analyzing not only my own writings but also with other writings. In the beginning of this course, we have learned how to specifically understand how a well-versed paper can be defined and what it is not. The first essay that we analyzed was based off a concerned parent to beauty pageants for children under 10 years of age. We first analyzed her topic and learned that while it is a concerning issue, her essay was no more than a simple rant that lacks research and specific data that would be relevant to her essay. From there we analyzed other topics that, while they were well-researched topics, they had specific “holes” in them that affected their credibility, such as a lack of authority towards the author or missing valuable research. One in particular was to an author that relied on emotion for being against the death penalty. These helped us to analyze essays better and to learn what not to do in a research assignment. This next element of…

My first objective in leading the team to achieve success and run like a will oiled machine would be to decide what needs to be done and order to accomplish the tasks in. Next I would devise a plan of action to lead the team in a particular direction based on objectives established by superiors. Policies would be established or enforced to help the group stay on target. Continually plan ahead focusing on all possible scenarios, aspects, and possible crises to help be prepared and revise and adjust plans as necessary. The revision of my plans would enable me to enact a change of action, by selecting alternative solutions to the problems as they arise.…
