COCA COLA AMATIL LTD 2011 ANNUAL REPORT

I. INTRODUCTION
The Researcher has chosen to do an Annual Report for the Coca Cola Amatil Limited for the Fiscal year 2011. The Report will discuss the following.
 Dissemination of Report
 The importance of containing budgetary information in Annual Report
 The Content of the Coca Cola Annual Report
 Significant Failures and Achievement of Coca Cola
 Current Economic and Fiscal Condition
Thus, to better understand the principles in Managing Budget and Financial Plans.
II. DISSEMINATION OF REPORT
The Coca Cola Amatil annual report was disseminated in the company shareholders, board of directors and all investors. This report was done annually to know how the company progress in the whole year. CCA’s record 2011 profit result came from strong performances by the Australian Beverage and Indonesia & PNG businesses, and local currency earnings growth from the New Zealand beverage business. Improved pricing and product mix, successful new product launches and the continued realisation of cost savings from CCA’s major infrastructure capital investment program, Project Zero, all contributed to the strong performance.
III. IMPORTANCE OF CONTAINING BUDGETARY INFORMATION IN ANNUAL REPORT
It is really important for the CCA shareholders, investors and board members to know the information contained in the report enable for them to review and analysed the company’s financial standings and also for them to determine if the company is progressing properly and earning enough profit for the business. CCA shareholders and investors will only know and assess the company’s stability through the report from the company that they conducting annually. Another important thing is these annual report will be the solid and legal proof of the company with regards of the progress of the business.
