Animal testing is wrong and it is cruelty to animals. Each year about five million dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, monkeys, and other animals die in lethal dose tests performed in many states around the United States. During a lethal dose test, the experimental substance is forced into the animals throats, or is pumped into their stomaches by a tube sometimes causing death by stomach rupture or from the sheer bulk of a chemical dosage. Substances are mixed in lab chows, injected under the skin, into a vein, or into the lining of the abdomen, they are often applied to the eyes, rectum, and vagina or forcebilly inhaled through a gas mask. Experimenters observe the animal’s reaction which include convulsions, labored breathing, diarrhea, constipation, skin eruptions, abnormal animals will die from this experiment 2 to 3 weeks later.
Animal testing can be solved by creating new solutions on how to test their products without harming the animals. d chemical , that has chemicals applied to bare skin that has had the fur removed painfully and inhale fumes. But if animal testing is banned then the products wont be tested on animals and the profit will go up for the people who dont buy products that are tested on animals. Or just create products that you know are not dangerous and then you wont have the problem of animal testing. All this is done just so people can wear that fur coat or makeup.
This issue is created when companies test their products on innocent animals. The only thing is that you know when you buy the product that the product is safe for you since it was tested on a animal, but does that make it right?
