Anheuser-Busch Hiring Process
I spoke with Dave Brown who is the plant manager and is doing the hiring for Anheuser-Busch one of the things we spoke about was the hiring practices and the moral of the company. One of the first thing he told me was at his management level there is no set time for him to work. so even though he mostly work the day shift he comes in on the first and second shift and do a walk though, not just if they are working, but to talk and get information on how they can do thing better. Second he has a weekly meet with the manager and supervisor on improving production and the moral of the worker, one of the thing I found that impress me the most was they have a hiring program which is call (week in relief program) is mostly where they do their hiring

The goal of human relations is “to create a win-win situation by satisfying employee needs while achieving organizational objectives.” (Lussier, 2013). They do this by not operating the way normal companies do. No one in the company has a title and promotions are given based on who the employees agree thinks they deserve it.
