My non-negotiables are working with my hands, working inside, having a little break time, days off, and good pay. What appeals to me is that it is in the medical career. I also like that it deals with medicine and to make people feel superior and you can make their lives more enjoyable than living in pain. You need to have a positive attitude towards someone even if you're having a bad day.
