Anderson Cooper's Speech
One of the things I found very interesting about this speaker was all of the loss that he experienced. His father died while he was a child and his brother committed suicide, but I do not see Anderson Cooper as a sad or cold individual. He lives to help, to inspire, to get peoples' stories out there to the world, no matter how unimportant they may seem to be for everyone else in the world. Even though Anderson Cooper experienced so much loss, that didn't stop him from living a great life and being the person he is today. Too often people let loss stop them from living and being a better person and its good to see that he didn't let that happen to him.
