Anderson Community Case Study

The single most important problem facing the Anderson Community as a whole is that we don't have any activities for the young man and young women to do. Anderson Community needs more boys and girls club or places to help kids get the job. Anderson High School has a class to help students get the job, but they can only select like 45 kids to keep and it's like 4 times that of kids that need help getting a job. Anderson needs more activities just like that it’s just not enough. Activities can be really good for Anderson it can really help teens and the next generation Anderson need to be back the way it used to be like in the 60s when all the kids wanted to go to the boys and girls club and not on the streets. The reason why we need activities like helping teens get the job is because some teen’s parents don't help out or some teens live with one parent and the other parent is not in their life. The faster we get the activities the faster we can get the kids off the street and be stopping the violence. The faster we get the kids together and out the streets the better Anderson will look. This activity just don’t make Anderson look beautiful it will also bring kids back into Anderson because Anderson would look like it used to and parents are going to want to come back it also would help out the high school too as of sports wise, grades, even on our graduation rate. Extracurricular activities are important because extracurricular allow students to pursue interests outside of a standardized academic context. Students can also use these activities to explore interests they’ve never encountered, exposing students to a more diverse range of interests in students.
