MY MATHS & WWF

My maths is targeted at teenagers undergoing their exams, which include gcse’s and a level. Teenagers get to practise their maths on the Internet to revise for there exams. An advantage to targeting teens is that there is a big population of people who want to study and learn maths and are undergoing exams which is compulsory to all students. A disadvantage is that people will never use the website after there exams and will exit and close there accounts. People will only use my maths for around 3 years of their lives. WWF target people of all ages willing to support a charity, which saves animals in the wild. An advantage of WWF is that a lot of people are towards saving animals and that people can fund them for the whole lives but a disadvantage is that there are many other charities and other people may choose other charities towards WWF.
The target group for my maths wants to enjoy being able to do maths as people find maths extremely boring. So my maths have games to do with maths and have bright colours to show that it’s an enjoyable website. An advantage is that students want to have fun by doing maths and that is what my maths offers. A disadvantage is that it may not cover the syllabus and people may get very bored of not playing games as its not relevant to there education. The target group wants from WWF colours to show that animals are in danger to show that they are in need of help to save endangered species for example the panda is there logo and is the most endangered specie in the world and is on the verge of going exist and WWF need people to help save them from going extinct. An advantage is that the target group wants to show sympathy

There are many aspects to consider when designing a website, but there are five broad goals that should be followed at all costs. First and foremost, the designer needs to focus on the target audience for the website and always consider their point of view. Secondly, the designer should follow the recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and run the web site’s URLs through their complimentary evaluation tools to ensure the highest level of accessibility. Also, the content and structure of a website must be carefully constructed for ease of use and present concise information. To make a good impression the website needs to be aesthetically pleasing without overdoing graphics or special effects. And finally the designer needs to plan for future growth as well as continually evaluate and refresh the web site.…
