Analyzing My Leadership Model

My first day of the Analyzing Leadership Models course I was a bit curious. I was curious to know what the purpose of this class was. I immediately figured it out. I learned more than I expected with this class. If you would have asked me that day what I thought a leader was I would have said someone who takes command. I can now say it is much more than that. I now have a better understanding of what a leader is. A leader is someone with many great characteristics. Someone who is influential, motivational, etc. A leader is someone who has great moral and ethical values. All these qualities remind me of one person, Abraham Lincoln.
