Winnie Tabor of the Liberty Christian Academy provided many inspirational in motivational techniques to be a successful Christian leader. Regardless of the educational setting Christian or public, the principle must lead and live by example. As a Christian principle you should process the knowledge and understanding of the leadership related aspects that are built on a foundation of Christianity and the mission and vision of the school. Ms. Tabor provided several examples of an effective Christian administrator. Values and teamwork are the ingredients to build a solid foundation.     I never thought to be a Christian leader. As a matter of fact, I am a person who did not know about God for 26 years. I was the center of my life, and there was no room for God to enter. And, this led me to think that “I cannot be a leader.” It was at this time that the word of God began to make sense to me: “But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first” (Matthew 19:30).
