Over the past week, I have been reading “Where are the Children” by Mary Higgins Clark. In this book, the main character Nancy, has been accused of murdering her own children. She moves to a new state, changes her look and appearance, and plans to start a whole new life, with a new husband and their two new children. But, when her two new kids go missing one day, she is accused of murder yet again and her past is remembered. Will Nancy have to go to jail for murder? And where have her children gone?
I felt like the author did a really good job of writing this book. I loved how she showed the character’s personalities while they were sharing their point of view, putting this in helped me to connect with the characters and their feelings,
