Analysis Of The Mad Batter Bakery
This is a two (2) party contract between the parties of The Mad Batter Bakery, located at 1234 Anywhere Street Charlotte, NC 28210 (hereafter may be referred to as: “Buyer”) and Bird Brain Ostrich Eggs of __4321 Big Bird Lane___ Charlotte, NC (hereafter may be referred to as: “Seller”). Mutually agreed upon two-year contract, to commence on March 24, 2018. All parties set forth the following terms and conditions. During this two-year contract, the Buyer will not purchase Ostrich Eggs from any other Ostrich Egg producer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT:
This contract is for Bird Brain Ostrich Eggs to supply The Mad Batter Bakery with _750__Ostrich Eggs per month, that will be divided into four (4) deliveries during the month in the following increments of: _180 Ostrich Eggs three (3) times commencing on the first three (3) Mondays of each month and 190 Ostrich Eggs on the fourth (4) Monday of each month at $15.00 (U.S.D.)

CLOSURE
In the event that either party suffers irrevocable financial hardship and has to close/ discontinue business, they must provide the other party with a thirty (30) day notice of their intent to end the contract. Failure to notify the other party with less than twenty-five (25) days before the business closes, will result in a breach of contract.
