1. Business overview
Lucacio’s men store is a modern men's suit store that will open in September 2016. The Lucacio’s men store offer the opportunity for our customers to adjust and personalise their suit as they wish in terms of colour, length, fabric and style of the suit. This will help our customers to be well dressed with any occasion. Lucacio’s men store is currently organized as Sole Proprietorship.

Lucacio’s men store will deliver quality suits both smart and casual apparel, but also wedding suits. In addition to other businesses similar to mine there are suit stores such as Richard James, Gieves and Hawkes, Marwood and other suit shops that design both smart and casual apparel including wedding suits in the UK. • ECONOMIC

The high global inflation with the increase in material prices in Europe (from where the company source it’s materials) will have a high impact on the profit margins of Lucacio’s men store. Another economic factor that exists in the external environment and helps to limit Lucacio’s store growth is less availability of consumer credit to both consumers and businesses. The recent growth in mortgage announced by the lenders is showing an economic environment where credit conditions remain cloudy.

• SOCIAL

The social factors that are defined in the table include a few demographic changes, also labour, mobility and fashion. These social changes can affect Lucacio’s men store and can become either threats or opportunities.
