Motherly love

What is motherly love....?
It is the tree with roots that bears fruit,
The warm eggs hatching under a goose,
The arch in her stomach, the covenant of truth
The laboring pains of bearing a youth.
The " life" inside of her kicking is "proof ",
The truth that she "be" she's able to "do"
Her nature of being, to nurture, produce,
Developing life within her is true.
A mother's love are wings of an "angel",
Protecting from harm, and hurt, and danger.
Her love secures and endures many trails,
Her ways that brings many days of smiles.
From days in diapers when tears were shed
Being spoon fed, groomed, and tucked into bed.
The unconditional love she shares,
There's "nothing" on earth that closely compares.
The unconditional love she holds in her heart
A child knows there mother, and a mother
Knows there child right from the start.
Proverbs; 22:6
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

My eyes are open

My eyes were closed
For so many years
I walked around
I shed a lot of tears
All I need was to open my eyes
To see that GOD was
Right by my side, he was always with me.
Everything about him I adore
My eyes are now

Rich-poor, lucky-unlucky, and fair-unfair are the problems of human society at any time due to the fact of imperfections in the world. Armstrong Williams, a political commentator and an author of the book “Reawakening Virtue” emphasized that “We are not equivalent, there are certain fact that are unavoidable.” Some are born with many good opportunities to achieve success; some are born with talent, but some are born with disabilities, lack of chances to obtain achievement (Williams).…

When the 54th Regiment heads down South, they are put under the command of Colonel James Montgomery. In this scene, the Union army, under Montgomery’s control, pillages Darien, Georgia, stealing valuables from within the houses, and eventually burning the town.16 Creighton’s essay, while about Confederate soldiers, is similar to this scene as the corruption of morality is exemplified in the description of “independent bands of horsemen… [who] used the Confederate invasion as an opportunity to terrorize and pillage.”17 This pillaging is seen in Colonel Montgomery, who allowed his men to seize whatever they wanted and shoot at civilians’ houses, taking advantage of his authority for personal gain, similar to the independent horsemen, who took the Confederate soldiers as their authority and right to pillage the town.…

The Scarlet Letter tackles topics rarely discussed in that time period. The book relates the harshness of an over-religious community. As well as the strength of a single woman and her trials with an unforgiving religion. The way Hawthorne depicts Hester shows the readers that, despite her circumstances, she can remain strong and accept the consequences of her sin. She never denies her sin and accepts the punishment that was given to her by her Puritan community. This woman, who bore her punishment alone and lived through a storm of ridicule, seems very powerful. Dimmesdale, although he does not bear any public punishment, he creates his own private punishment. Mentally, Dimmesdale undergoes very severe punishment. [Thesis] In Nathaniel Hawthorne's The Scarlet Letter, the principle characters, Hester Prynne and Arthur Dimmesdale, change over the course of the book in personality, appearance, and social status.…

In the Christ hymn, Paul endeavors to get his message across through a chiastic structure. By using this structure, Paul helps his recipients to be able to “feel” the decent of Christ from God to the worst death possible. The death that only belonged to non-citizen slaves. Paul then helps to to “feel” the wonderful and mighty exaltation that was given to Christ in return for the sacrifice He made.…

My special place is the country in Bristow, Oklahoma. When I am in the country I hear the goats “baa-ing”, the stomping of their feet hitting the grass, the pigs snorting, rolling around in the mud, and the dog barking. I see my two children running around messing with the dog and running away from the daddy goat. My dad and grandpa are drinking beer and messing with a car or staring at each other. The baby goats are following their mother around everywhere. There is nothing but green grass and a bunch of energy from the animals. I smell goat poop, the pig’s nasty, natural smell they have and the fresh, beautiful, dirt road air all at the same time. I see green grass, a bunch of big, green trees, and pretty flowers bloomed. I walk behind the…
