An unique ICD-10 code would be W55.41XA. That code means bitten by pig, initial encounter. I do not think that it would be very common for this to happen. Unless you work on a farm everyday it is not very likely. I could also see this happening to a kid if they were provoking the pig. The pig could just become irritated and attack.
