The prevalence of Internet and the increased availability of computers and mobile devices result in an explosive growth of studies in E-Learning and mobile learning (Lui, Lo & Yiu, 2013). An online education or simply E-Learning is the use of technology to deliver training anytime, anyplace (McGonigle, 2014). Electronic functions have been gradually replacing traditional activities to dominate both practice and academic practice with the development of information technology (Qi, Liu & Wang, 2009). Thus, even entrance exam review and training for college and universities are developed through the use of Internet and technology. Although, these online review tests provide students and their parents an additional source of timely and relevant idea about an entrance exam, it is not meant to be a replacement for the information portals of the universities. In this study, we will further discuss the importance of this new learning environment for the users as it promote open, distant and flexible education for the respective college entrance exams.
