America's Expectations For A Good Future

A feeling of expectation and desire for something to happen, hope. Everyone hopes for a good future but what should they expect. America has done many bad things in the past, it hosted slavery, racism, terrorism, The Great Depression, genocide and has partaken in many wars. When will it be the end, probably soon you would think until you look at the bright side, America is a great country where everyone is free and can feel safe with arguably the most powerful military on the planet. The U.S. put men on the moon and was the country important inventions like the lightbulb and hearing aids were made in. America is the land of the free but is it here to stay? How could it not? America has such a powerful military and is not alone it is allies with France, Germany, Japan and a lot more countries. America alone has enough nuclear power to destroy earth many times. It would not be wise to attack the U.S. it would be mutually assured destruction (MAD). If the United States is going down it would have to crumble from the inside with a 2nd civil war. The United States was on the winning side of WWI and WWII and continues to get more powerful, It will take everything to bring the U.S. down militarily.

Although the quality of education may be going down more people are getting educated every year and it is projected to keep rising which is important for the nation.
