The American University of Beirut Medical Centre (AUB MC) is an academic medical Centre located in the capital city of Lebanon. It is the oldest private medical care in the Arab world, chartered by the State of New York in 1902. Since 1902.
New Strategic management has evolved to the AUBMC to help it operate successfully in a dynamic and complex environment.

Which lead to increasing the likelihood a of any partnership success, Increased press and media coverage focused on quality nursing care and maintained competitive advantage in regional markets. In general people like to deal with strong reputation and long expertise health care with high skill level of doctors and nurses.
On the other hand, in 2009, AUBMC had cost containment and cost reduction policy, the administration decided to shut down part of the hospital's capability by reducing numbers of hospital bed to 240. In the United States the average number of employees for 250 bed hospital is 1600 workers so, 1600/250=6.4 workers.
However at AUBMC number of employees for current bed hospital is 2200
