Alyssa Great Example Of Conflict In The Workplace
Alyssa great example of a conflict! I agree that this could be a personal conflict or an organizational conflict. Nurses at my workplace have a lot of trouble with some of the PTO policies as well. I can usually see both sides of the spectrum when I am discussing PTO with other employees; seeing both sides and being able to clarify both sides is important when approaching conflict. It sounds like you did a great job of recognizing the problem early and addressing the issue (Porter-O'grady & Malloch, 2016). I like and agree with what you have to say about conflict in the workplace; we are not going to be able to ride an organization of conflict but how the conflict is handled can be changed and improved.
