Good Morning Everyone!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am responsible for removing the filthy aluminum foil from the toaster oven, in an attempt to change it. However, after throwing it away I discovered that we did not have any more aluminum foil to replace it with. So on break time(within a half an hour) I will go to get some…Please PLEASE PLEASE do not use it without the new foil because I will not be cleaning the tray behind you ….just replacing the foil….

This is common in the life of veterans and is the leading cause of suicide among veterans. A VA patient who survived in Baghdad shares his experience with PTSD and explains how he knew he had this disability.
