Air Jordan sneakers are very marketable and positive economic product. The way and who they appeal to bring a large amount of business to their company. The popular basketball sneakers may be high priced, but the demand for the shoes are at an all-time high. Every weekend a new pair of Jordan’s is released and the gross product of the sneakers that are sold are extraordinary. Michael Jordan was already a popular basketball player, so popular that everyone in the world wants to own a pair of his sneakers. The numbers of sneakers that are sold make it seem as if the shoes are limited. Once a shoe is released they may never be able to be purchased again. The sale of the sneakers is having a great impact on the economy. From the data collected it was stated that Jordan’s are fashionable and durable. It proved to be a big deal in the 1980s, and it is still a major brand in today’s economy. Without Air Jordan sneakers, the basketball shoe industry would probably not be as popular as it is today. Because of the Air Jordan brand, it has made other brands like Adidas, Under Armor, and Peak step up to the plate. All though all these other brands are in the market, it always seems as if Air Jordan is on top by a very considerable margin.
