I. Introduction:

History of JRES Jose Rizal Elementary School is the second oldest school in Pasay City with a land area of 10,832 sq.m. situated at Park. Ave., Galvez st., and Comandante Garcia street. In its early existence in 1920, the Gabaldon building served as the main building for the annex school called Tanner annex which was named after the owner of the house. It was in this building that the former Mayor of Pasay, Pablo P. Cuneta attended Grade VI in 1925. At the outbreak of world war II in 1941 when the Japanese occupied the Phlippines, the Gabaldon building was used as a military garrison where many Americans soldiers were in prison and died in this building. In 1945, during revelation from the enemies, the Eskwelang Bagong Pasay reopened classes with Mr. Lopez as the school principal. As time went by, the school was renamed from Pasay Elementary School to Park Ave. Elementary School and to its present name Jose Rizal Elementary School with Mr. Tomas L. Santos as its principal, it is in this school that honourable senator Rodolfo Biazon graduated as salutatorian and Ms. Mina Gabor, former secretary of tourism spent her elementary years, too. During the term of Mrs.Aurea A. Manlulo, several school buildings were constructed at the school compound. The old Gabaldon building was replaced by two- storey school building and on it site raised the present Rizal Park of the school. Through the leadership of the principals, the school site continuously improved until it has become what it is today- conductive, safe and risk-free environment.

Company's Current Manual System:
SYSTEM TYPE OF SYSTEM 1. ENROLLMENT SYSTEM | MANUAL | 2. GRADING SYSTEM | MANUAL | 3. DENTAL SYSTEM | MANUAL |

STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE OF CURRENT SYSTEM.
Now, the school is using a manual grading system in which they are using papers, files, cards and calculators to calculate the marks of each student.
This type of grading system is very difficult and take along time in calculating the grades of each student, and the school spends money every year for papers files and other things, as well as there is big ability for losing or damaging the document. This is the step by step procedure on their old system.
First the teacher creates grade sheets for their students.
Second, they manually computes the grades of the students. They use the calculator for that.
Third, they records the computed grades on the grading sheets.
Fourth, they transfer it (form 138 or the official cards of the students) which is they do this manually.
Lastly, the principal checks the cards and put the signature on.

It can be great edge for them because they will no longer worry if they have mistaken computes the grades. As the generation evolves, we recommend that they need to have a fast and easy to use system for their works.

    | Quezon had emerged as the acknowledged leader of Philippine politics and possessed the kind of background and experience that appealed to Filipinos. He had a bachelor of arts degree, studied law, and landed fourth place in the 1903 Bar examinations. He served in the revolution, fighting in Tarlac, Pampanga, and Bataan, and ended up with the rank of major. He was appointed provincial fiscal of Mindoro and Tayabas, his home province. He was elected governor of Tayabas in 1905 and in 1907, first assemblyman from the province to the First Philippine National Assembly. In 1909, he was appointed resident commissioner to the U.S. and when he finished his term after eight years, he returned to the Philippines to become President of the Philippine Senate, created by the Jones Law. He was also top man of the ruling Nacionalista Party. Quezon’s term (1935 - 1944), though chiefly known for making Pilipino the national language, tried to solve nagging problems inherited from the Spanish and American administrations. He directed his main efforts to bring about political stability, build up national defense against the threat of Japanese militarism, and strengthen an economy that was extremely dependent upon the U.S. He was also remembered for taking executive and legislative actions to implement his “social justice” program aimed at the underprivileged. The Commonwealth Government was interrupted by the Japanese invasion of 1941. Quezon and his…
