Attendance and Class Participation
Students are expected to attend all lecture and tutorial classes and their attendance will be recorded. Students are advised to read through the lecture slides, self-study notes and relevant sections of the textbook before each class so as to prepare themselves for effective learning and active participation in discussions.

Assessment Method
Assessment of this course is comprised of the following components:
 Group presentation of tutorial questions (10%)
 Individual written assignment (15%)
 Tutorial participation and attendance (5%)
 Mid-term test (20%)
 Final Examination (50%)
