Aerobic Exercise Essay
Aerobic exercise is an excellent way to maintain one’s health. I think most of us would agree to that. There are many different modes to aerobic exercise. Common examples include running, cycling, and swimming. Other activities such as simply walking do count as aerobic exercise as well! When you finished your exercise you often might have felt you took a step in the right direction for your own health. However have you ever thought about why and how it benefits your body? Over time your body begins to adapt to aerobic exercise and many changes come about.

Aerobic exercise is a regarded method of weight loss because of the duration and intensity of the activity. This type of exercise can be sustained over long periods of time compared to weight training because of its aerobic nature and does not require intermittent breaks compared to resistance training. I generally recommend those seeking weight loss to be active most days of the week and to exercise for at least 60 minutes per session. It seems like a lot however there are ways to make it engaging and even fun. Varying up the intensity of the exercise throughout the exercise is one example. Joining a specific club that does the same activity as you adds a social component to it.

Increasing your aerobic power and fat loss are two changes your body undergoes aerobic exercise training.
