The results reveal that out of 507 respondents, 367 was a majority group representing individuals who possess Low AQ Scores and 118 respondents had Below Average AQ Score while only 22 respondents had Moderate AQ Score, which is a red alert sign to the organization as well as the individuals to wake up to be aware of individual’s resilience and strengthen it by practising AQ Tools and Techniques given by Peak Learning Inc, USA.
