DOCUMENT CHECKLIST
Congratulations!!!
You are requested to meet ____________________________________On ___________ with the following documents:
• SSC Mark sheet/X mark sheets.
• HSC/XII Mark sheets.
• Graduation Certificate /Diploma Certificates along with mark sheets.
• Admit card (Hall Ticket) / proof for Candidates Awaiting Results.
• Offer letter issued by the previous employer (not applicable to fresher).
• Relieving letter from the previous employer/Resignation Acceptance Letter (not applicable to fresher).
• Copy of the PAN card. Incase if you don’t have PAN card please follow the procedure to apply new PAN Card.

• Copy of latest 3 months salary slip / certificate / Bank statement showing salary credit (not applicable to fresher).
• 4 latest Passport size photograph
• Address/Photo ID Proof (Passport / Government ID card / Pan card / Election card / Driving license / Photo credit card/Bank Pass Book)
Marriage certificate – for female married candidate’s
Note: Please carry the originals of all the above documents with 2 photocopies of each document.
