Administrative Assistant is a job which covers a wide range support of administrative task for a business firm or enterprises (Jobguide, 2011). Toyota Industries Corporation is a large scale company, Administrative Assistant have to maintains the workflow by studying the procedures of manufacturing, implementing cost reduction techniques and performs extra-ordinary teamwork to motivate the workers to work together as one. Administrative Assistant had to be well-informed about the company’s condition to answer clients’ questions and requests. Administrative Assistant should be able to handle project requirement by brilliantly schedule and assign the segment of the project to different department to effectively and efficiently expediting the result to satisfy the client’s needs.

    Why become a physician assistant (PA) over a doctor (MD) or a registered nurse (RN)?
