Isabel * 4th Wednesday – Palasinan & San Gregorio * Conduct Mothers Class. * Updating TCLs. * Do Monthly Report. * Assist and participated in Medical and Dental Mission * Give postnatal check- up. * Give Home Delivery. * Home visit. * Health Teaching. | 8:00 am- 5: 00pm | February 1- 29, 2012 | * Assists patients need. * Taking vital signs. * Give prenatal check- up. * Do Monthly Immunization to children and pregnant women. * 4th Tuesday- Natividad North & South * 2nd Wednesday- Sta.
