Abram Case Study: Teamwork

Abram will have challenges with is new team due to him been the leader of this project. He has taking over the leading role from Gibson, which his abilities maybe questioned if he is the best fit for the position. Team members are disappointed that they did not receive the position, because they believe that most if not all employees deserve Gibson’s old positions. Abram is the best fit since he has team orientated and motivated to finish the project in a timely manner. The challenges Abram will encounter are: team management, providing leadership skills, great working environment and team working well with each other; and be a leader in a good manner.
