Abraham Lincoln Accomplishments
Without a doubt, Abraham Lincoln is one of the most celebrated president in American history. Like George Washington and all the presidents before him. Lincoln is deeply respected as a man of rare ability. Lincoln shaped the united states in his own image. Lincoln benefited all of the Americans who followed in his wake.

Abraham Lincoln is one of the most celebrated in president in America because of his military strategy’s. He derived his ideas primarily from his generals, also from his prescient observations of military realities as exhibited in the course of the war. When Abraham was born he was given his grandfather’s name, with no middle name. Abraham grandfather was killed by Indians and Abrahams dad had witnessed this killing. Win Lincoln was 12 years old his mother had died of milk sickens. He had also lost a younger brother of infancy. I think Lincoln had a very hard childhood but I thank this made a stronger man.

Abraham Lincoln was a self-taught lawyer like most lawyers in his time. It was almost necessary to study under more experienced lawyers but Abraham lived in a small village so he taught himself. Less than three years later Lincoln was brought into a bar and was made a junior partner. Lincoln had two additional partnerships before being elected president of the united states. Everyone that worked with Lincoln thought he was a very hard working man and always had room for improvement.

Abraham Lincoln was a very friendly man he could be friends with almost anybody he came in contact with. Lincolns ability to forge friendships was absolutely amazing how he could greet someone in a vary proper way. One of Lincolns close friends William Stoddard said that when he met Lincoln he greeted him with such respect that William thought he had known him for a very long time. In New York a man came up to Mr. Lincoln with his hand held high and shook his hand and he said it was a hart worming
