The way the AMA statement of ethics relate to the sparrow pharmaceutical it explain how a company should conduct itself when dealing in business matters by having highest standard of professional ethical norms and values for its consumer. Furthermore, it explain how the community as a hole finds this type of ethical behavior desirable, important and morally proper. It also, encourage all such groups to develop and refine their industry and marketing sectors and to take these value and norm seriously when conducting business in the communities.
