A1 Assessor Evidence Example
Supporting evidence sample:

When writing your supporting evidence on Onefile it is important to complete a summary of the work you have attached.

An example of this would be:
I was given (description of job E.G – word processing job) ………… job in the office which was to be completed within ………. time,
Deadline – was it completed within this deadline. – how much time
Who the job was for.

I used (the package used e.g Word) to create the document required.
Explain what the job entailed – example – inserted images using – clipart/ Gadwin in order to achieve the desired document for the customer.
Describe font used
Where the document was saved e.g – saved to AOS1
Any problems encountered.

Example of supporting evidence :
On the 23rd January 2010 I was given a word processing job within the office. This was to be completed within two days of receipt.
I completed this work the day that it was given me in order to ensure that the deadline was met.
This job was for Anne Stott whom required a handout to be produced from screen prints taken from the internet in order for her to give to her learners within a class.
To create this document I used Microsoft word 2007 package for all the typed information and used the ‘clip art’ function to insert the pictures to create the desired document required.
I used comic sans font size 12 which was requested by the customer (Anne).
Once I had produced the document I then saved it on the office AOS system. Using AOS7 (the system I was logged onto at the time) I sent it to the office manager in order for her to check, proof read and finalise.
Corrections were made and as requested by the customer I printed a copy out for her and emailed her with a hardcopy.
I had difficulty deciding on which images to use for this handout as the one on the original work given to copy could not be found. I therefore decided to use what I felt was appropriate for the handout I had

On Friday, December 30, Mr. Rackers and I had briefly spoken about his desired task time completion in his office. He had explained to me that it was acceptable to continue and complete my task at my reported time while justifying the reasons for it to be a joint project on Fridays. However, Ms. Pancake had said the exact opposite in regards to my work performance in the termination letter. While explaining this, she had explained to me that she had created a log of the completion time. After refuting the false accusation, I had requested to view the logs in which she spoke of with neither response or…

King and Obama make arguments against and for violence respectively; however; King’s rhetoric utilizes emotion and values, or pathos, to advance his idea of a ”genuine civilization,” while Obama uses logic and realism to advance his idea of facing the “world as it is.” Though King and Obama are accepting the Nobel Peace Prize for different reasons, we find that they connect through their words in a way that makes them seem as though they aren’t decades apart. Each acknowledges that the world as it is, the good and the bad alike, needs to change.…
