Read the following TWO essays thoroughly. Decide which of them is more appropriate according to how a good essay should be.
Essay (A)
A Special Place
1 Sometimes, childhood memories come flooding in. I often drift back to my younger days spent in an old tree house.
2 Our tree house was a terrific place. It was built of discarded lumber and sat eight feet off the ground. It had various-sized fence posts for steps. A long, thick rope hung next to the steps. We used the rope for lifting supplies and buckets of bombs. The tree house had two small rooms with slanted floors. The main room could hold three of us. A smaller room was used for guests. …show more content…
I 'd worry over days to come and how I would turn out. I 'd discuss with the birds how things were going to run "when I grew up". I 'd think about how hard it was for me to pretend at all, any more. Almost always, I 'd just sit for hours and watch the sun drop behind the ridge, until the quail started calling and evening covered the valley.
During these times, my spot became even more special.

5 Our tree house is still there, clinging to the chestnut tree by rusty nails and rotting twine. Still, sometimes when I 'm sad or nostalgic, I tramp over the crusty pasture jump the muddy ditch, climb the chestnut tree, and think about what I 'll be "when I grow up". It was, is and will always be my special place ever.
