A High School Diploma Is Important To My Future
A high school diploma is important to my future. A high school diploma is important to my future because it determines where I can and cannot go apply for a job. I say this because when you show them your diploma they see that you actually know something and would rather hire you other than the one that doesn't have a diploma but has experience. Another example, it helps you get into college if you wish to expand your learning ability. For example when you go apply for a college first thing they going ask you for is your diploma if you don’t have one there just going to toss your application in the trash. Also a high school diploma helps you be successful in life. Without the diploma it holds you back from having all the nice things in life.

The diploma also displays what year I will graduate in. This shows what class I have been a part of through my entire life. I have been a part of this class since Kindergarten. This group is like my second family. We grew up together playing sports, fishing, swimming, and even vacationing together. I remember being a young child in school and the thought of being one of the “big kids” was so scary. My friends and I never looked forward to middle school; high school had not even crossed our young minds yet. As we grew together, mentally and physically, high school could not come faster. We anxiously awaited our turn as the “top dogs” in middle school just to become the immature and annoying freshman in high school. After years upon years of waiting to become the scary seniors we were finally just that. The senior class has grown together and now we all anxiously await graduation together. We are a family and as a family we will all graduate together. The diploma symbolizes our senior class taking the first step towards our future. The senior class began as a group of small children that grew into a group of educated, young…

College is fundamental to me for several reasons. For example, in the article College Is Worth The Cost, by Brooks C. Holtom states that “college graduates earn $2.1 million in a lifetime income compared with $1.2 million for high school graduates.” I will earn about a million more dollars than high school graduates if I am a college graduate. This is important because then I will have enough money to provide for my own kids and wife later on then I would also have enough money to give to my parents and siblings if they need it. Also, the article states, “continuing education after high school is much more important for our generation compared to our parents generation.” Additionally most jobs require more than a high school diploma. Did your parents attend college? If your parents did not have a chance to go to college then you should go to college to make them proud of you. College doesn’t just bring you school it also brings you adventure, parties, new friends, and more fun stuff. Lastly, in the article Getting…
