They thought she needed to die because of her parents. She can only trust a boy that works at Mcdonald's and tries to find her brother and parents. Get pulled through the story of a suspenseful,terrifying, and mysterious story. The book, “A Girl Who was Supposed to Die”, by April Henry takes you through the adventures book of 213 pages. The author writes in 1st person Knowing her thoughts and feelings, a roller coaster of events keeps you on the edge of your seat.

The scientist made a killer gas which Cady's parents found out. They warned the government about this situation which lead to the scientist taking Cady. Cady had to fight back or they would of killed her. She influenced the conflict by her parents warning the government before
