Continuous improvement is an ongoing cycle of review and evaluation for your company or organizations, processes and procedures. Having this continuous improvement policy will help you to refine the way in which you do things to make it an effective and efficient way of doing things.
Having this improvement process will mean that all Customers and staff can contribute to the improvement of the way your organization or company works.
The most important things to remember when you start implementing a continuous improvement cycle. Is it is a cycle that is both measurable, and incremental, and something that should have Everyone involved.
