A Career In Medical Terminology
The first time I thought of being in the medical field was in second grade. Since then, I have been working toward a life fulfilled by compassion and helping one another. When I reached high school, I made a decision to go to Veterans Tribute Career and Technical Academy, which specializes in the study of emergency medical services and law enforcement. I chose to learn the pathway of an emergency medical technician.
As a freshman, I began learning about the basic body systems and medical terminology. Four years later, I am a senior in high school and will soon be certified to become an EMT-Basic. The class I take is a college level based class in which I learn the skills and protocols of an EMT. My instructor is certified in teaching the
