Executive Summary
The aim of this report is to examine reputational risks at Mercury Newspapers plc and to devise a strategy to help the company to manage risks. The report is divided into three main sections. The first section identifies the risk related issues and highlight initial recommendations. The second section analyses the proposed changes in UK press regulations and its impact on Mercury’s working practices. The final section evaluates the Board’s decision regarding
