Seven days and seven pounds of fat lost does not seem like an easy task. Many people can lose seven pounds of water in a week and then gain it back in a few days, but losing fat and keeping it off is much harder. It's a struggle that millions of people are dealing with right now.

In order to lose the fat, most people think that they need to starve themselves and increase their fitness drastically. But, it seems that Danette May has a better answer to losing seven pounds of fat in seven days, and she says that you can do it without counting calories or impossible workouts.

The workouts are not supposed to be long workouts because she claims that they are time-efficient workouts. However, it seems as though you will have to work out hard for a short amount of time.
