With the increasing trend of globalization, talent has been a crucial fact of characteristics for people who want to be successful in the future. Gardner (2008) and Fernandez (2014) both pointed out that talent is an essential part to cultivate people to adapt the changeable future even with different aspects of talent. The respectful and ethical minds ensure to show basic respect to surroundings and keep you under moral standard. Keep minds viewed globally with basic capacity of learning things is able to survive and thrive during the coming era.
