30 Day Expense Tracking Worksheet
Using the 30-day expense tracking worksheet was fairly easy and useful. I did not encounter any challenges with this assignment. It was helpful because it helped me keep track of my expenses for a whole month. During this whole month, I was able to notice what most of my money was going towards to. A lot of it was going towards food.
Recording my transactions all the time was slightly difficult. There must have been some stuff I purchased that I forgot about. Usually, I remembered to record any of my transactions because I would look through my folder and I would see the packet. Though there were times when I did not remember and I would not do it. For the most part, I did.

Most of my money were going towards eating out, I have to try and omit to spend so much on fast food because it is not healthy and I am not spending my money correctly. In the long run, more stuff starts coming up and I need to start saving up for those times in need. For example, with me graduating high school and going to college, I will need money for certain things, and there will come a time where I might need to limit myself and reduce on some things. I will try to minimize eating out all the time by eating at home. The thirty-day expense track worksheet was of lots of help because I kept track of all my expenses. I had never done that, now I realize how money flies and goes away so easily. Usually, we spend money on a daily basis and sometimes we are not even aware of it. Money really is a big part of our lives because without it we would not be able to have the things we have and want. So much of our money is spent on unnecessary things, or useless stuff. If I would have saved my money I would have had a total of at least two hundred dollars for this last month. Money that could have been well spent on other things. I will try and keep myself from spending on things that are not necessary. One thing I need to start doing is saving up.
