I find writing a very neutral subject because I am not terrible nor excellent at it. I have always written enough for it to be satisfactory. Therefore, I believe that one of my strengths as a writer is being able to understand what I have to write about and knowing what I want to say. I question myself every step of the way, asking myself “ Is what I am writing, answering the topic that I am addressing?” However, with that said, I believe that my weakness lies in that fact that I cannot put my thoughts into words. I have a vast amount of ideas that never get a chance to come alive on paper. I feel that I am not very good at transitions and sentence structures. Another weakness is that it takes me an awful long…

Buddhist worldview is unique in retrospect that they do not worship any gods nor God. They are looking for enlightenment to reach the state of Nirvana. In regard to the origin of Buddhism they believe there is no beginning nor end. It was founded by Siddhartha Gautama (Buddha) during the sixth century in Northern India. After he encountered all four kinds of suffering: old age, sickness, death, and poverty Siddhartha became disillusioned and deeply concerned with suffering.…

After the last project review one area that needs to be improved is our communication not only with the stakeholder, but vendors and our team as well. Having gone through soft skills training before while in the Marine Corps, before I was assigned to recruiting duty, I know that soft skills training will have a positive impact on our team and improve our overall bottom line and limit communication breakdowns that have caused extra costs and completing projects after the due date.…

After watching the video of “The 5 Skills”, I would have to say that I am not an innovator, the reason that I am saying this is because I am not a creative person to think of things in such a way or what type of questions to ask. I would be askign questions, but at the same time I would still be questioning myself wondering if I am asking the right ones. In regards to possessing innovative skills, I believe I don’t know have any, but that is asking myself, that doesn’t not mean others may think different or see that I do have any innovative skills. I guess the one innovative skill that I may have would be asking “questioning” that is because I can ask a lot of questions, whether they are dumb or the right ones, I am not afraid to ask questions. I believe I would have to acquire the other four skills in order to be a great innovator. Without them I know as an innovator I would be successful. Once I learn more about the five skills and how they are a asset in order to be a great innovator, then I would put the 5 skills in place as I plan for any kind of innovation in order to have a great product. All 5 skill are important steps and if they are not practice then you will not be a great innovator.…

You are a member of a group working on a class project. The group members are enthusiastic about the project and arrange a meeting time to begin planning. You forget to mark your calendar and miss the meeting. The group posts a summary of the meeting with assignments and deadlines for the project. You apologize to the group and agree to complete the topic research for the project. You realize you have a paper due in another course on the same day that your research is due, and you concentrate most of your time on your individual assignment. The paper takes longer than you thought, and you are unable to conduct research for the group project by the deadline. You feel bad about this and do not respond to inquiries from group members. You post a message to the group explaining you are having computer problems. The group expresses their empathy and proceeds without you, completing and submitting the project with your name included.…
