Background: Options for choosing the ideal pet for your home.
Thesis statement: Selecting a pet depends on the needs and environment for your comfort and your pet. For our review we will look at animal classifications mammals, birds, reptiles. The best pets are those that make great companions. In my mind the best pets are those that can show affection towards their owner and the ones that most readily come to mind as great pets are Cats and Dogs; part of the mammal family.
Mammals - Those animals with hair/fur and drink milk from their mothers breasts
Dogs and cats; are the most affordable type of mammals and the ones who show more affection towards their owners. They can also in their own way express attention and love to their owner
Rabbits: very popular for children, really inexpensive, easy to house and feed but do not relate well to their owners
Mice: small and very easy to take care for, they are very clean and continually groom themselves by licking and combing their fur but have no real interaction with their owners.
Birds – Have feathers and beak, 2 legs and they are oviparous.
Doves: They required advance care and large and precise environment. Doves are usually used as companion pets.
Love birds: These birds are truly devoted to their owners and they may cause jealousy problems. They will not think twice about attacking other birds ever dogs and cats if they feel threaten by anyone keeping their owners attention.
Parrots: They are really smart, can learn tricks and provide an excellent companion to their owners. They demand a lot of attention and mental stimulation from their owners.
Reptiles – They are quite, do not interact with their owners and do not attend to commands from owners.
Snakes: Are fascinating, and with a regular care they can be quite tame.
Geckos: One of the easiest lizards to keep, ideal for anybody new to reptile care; docile and really easy to care for.
Chameleons:
